p.p.s. Breaking news from Paraguay

Big news here doesn't usually make it into the papers in the US...so you know something's really up when Paraguay is in the New York Times for a very latin american scandal (click for link). The best part is that there haven't even been serious calls for President Lugo to step down. Paraguayans don't seem to be fazed by anything!
